Laura was born in Portsmouth, Virginia and grew up on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. She graduated from Miller Motte College with a degree in paralegal studies. She worked in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Certified Paralegal for 4 years before relocating to Colorado and joining Sloat, Nicholson & Hoover, P.C. in June of 2016.
Marla was born and raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. She obtained her Paralegal degree in 1996 from National American University and also holds a Master’s degree in Management. Prior to relocating to Boulder and joining Sloat, Nicholson and Hoover, P.C., she worked as a Paralegal in 3 other states including South Dakota, Illinois and Arizona.
